Elizabeth Howard, the inaugural Madeline L’Engle fellow at the Cathedral, and Christopher Sweet will lead a discussion and exploration into this woman who appears frequently in art, literature and contemporary fiction.
Marie Howe, an American poet has published a collection of poems entitled: Magdalene (W.W. Norton, 2017). In 2012 she was named the New York State Poet. She is currently the Poet in Residence at the Cathedral of St. John the Divine.
